This is an appeal from an order terminating the parental rights of respondents, Kenneth Stowers (Stowers) and Robin Lambert (Lambert).

The trial court made findings that both parents had neglected Omar Jamal Lambert-Stowers (the child) and had wilfully left him in foster care for more than twelve months without showing reasonable progress on correcting the conditions which led to removal.
