Opinion

HENNESSY, J.

The defendant, Tyson Hunter, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a. On appeal, the defendant contends that the trial court improperly denied him his constitutional rights to confrontation and to present a defense. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
