The issue is this case is whether Iowa Code section 321J.8 (1999)1 requires that the implied consent advisory be reread before the administration of each chemical test when multiple tests are requested. The appellant, Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT), ruled that the advisory need not be given a second time when an additional test is administered.
