Defendant, Jerry William Rutledge was charged with possession of Schedule IV controlled dangerous substances (CDS) with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute marijuana and conspiracy to distribute Schedule IV CDS.
