Appellant, Robert H. Mendoza, appeals from the trial court's order granting a motion for summary judgment filed by appellees, Tom Fleming, individually, and Fleming & Olvera. In five issues, appellant complains: (1) the trial judge did not have authority to preside over this case "because there was no order assigning [him] to preside in the 197th District Court"; (2) the trial judge erred in granting the motion because appellees...
