Michael Salazar ("Movant") appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County denying his Rule 29.15 motion to vacate, set aside or correct a prior judgment and sentence for two counts of murder in the first degree, § 565.020, RSMo 1994.1 In his criminal trial, Movant received two consecutive life terms without eligibility for parole.
