KRAUSER, J.

Responding to a 911 call, police officers entered the apartment of appellant, Eduardo Elias Rosas Grant. That intrusion led to a scuffle with appellant, and ultimately the discovery of cocaine and drug-related paraphernalia in his room. He was then arrested and charged with a variety of drug offenses, as well as assault and resisting arrest. A trial on those charges was scheduled in the Circuit Court for Wicomico...
