OPINION

GARRARD, Senior Judge

The Lights commenced this action against Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), asserting that NIPSCO's failure to properly inspect the hookup of natural gas to Lights' residence was a proximate cause of injury to Mr. Light. In due course the trial court granted summary judgment to NIPSCO and this appeal followed.
