STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Nonparty Defendant-Appellant R.L. McCoy, Inc., ("McCoy") appeals from the trial court's order denying McCoy's Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement against Michael and Amy Jack ("the Jacks"). We reverse.
