The plaintiffs filed suit against driver of automobile, passenger, and insurer for damages resulting from a two-vehicle collision. The trial court found that the defendant/passenger was one hundred percent at fault in causing the accident by failing to properly aid the unlicensed driver, her mother, in negotiating a four-way stop while attempting to teach her to drive.
