¶ 1 Plaintiff James G. Eddy (James I), on behalf of his minor son, filed suit against defendant Albertson's Inc. for false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. A jury found in favor of James I only with respect to the first claim. Albertson's appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in denying its motion for directed verdict and/or motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and in failing to instruct the jury...
