Hupp ("Hupp") sues Defendant Metromail Corporation Special Severance Plan (the "Plan") pursuant to § 502(a)(1)(B) of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B).
