Appellant Michael Pyle appeals the order of the Union County Probate Court, finding that the will of Mabel Hammond was valid. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed the decision of the probate court on December 20, 2000. Pyle v. Sayers, 72 Ark.App. 207, 34 S.W.3d 786
