¶ 1 Jerome Evenson appeals his convictions and sentences on thirteen counts of displaying, selling, or offering to sell from a vending machine material that is harmful to minors. See Ariz.Rev.Stat. ("A.R.S.") § 13-3513 (Supp.1997). Evenson has raised several issues on appeal.
