In this case, we are asked to review the chancellor's division of property pursuant to a divorce. Two particular matters are at issue: 1) whether appellant Marilyn Dial is entitled to an interest in appellee Jesse Dial's deferred retirement option plan, and 2) whether Marilyn Dial is entitled to an interest in a home owned by Jesse Dial prior to the marriage.
