Appellant Curtis Ray Hollis appeals from his judgments of conviction for capital felony murder and aggravated robbery and his sentences of life without parole and thirty years, respectively. His sole issue on appeal is that he was illegally seized by police officers. He contends that this is so because his consent to be seized was involuntary due to the fact that he was not sufficiently informed to allow him to give an intelligent consent...
