Jane Doe appeals an order dismissing her complaint against the General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) on summary judgment. She claims the trial court erred in granting GMAC's motion for summary judgment because the question of whether GMAC received "any increase or profits" from the security deposit she paid under her automobile lease was a fact question for a jury, and thus inappropriate for disposition on summary judgment.
