Dwight M. Clark appeals from the order of the District Court2 granting judgment as a matter of law (JAML) to the defendants3 at the close of Clark's presentation of his case to the jury on his claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Supp. IV 1998) alleging violations of his First Amendment rights. We affirm.
