MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Joseph Lonnie Hodge appeals his conviction and sentence on one count of mail fraud. Hodge's first claim is that he did not knowingly or voluntarily enter a guilty plea pursuant to Fed. R. Crim P. 11 because he was not informed of the amount of restitution that he would be obligated to pay prior to entering his plea. He also challenges the district court's application of United States Sentencing Guidelines...
