Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the evidence was legally insufficient to support his conviction of depraved indifference murder. We disagree. To determine whether a verdict is supported by legally sufficient evidence, the court must determine if, after "viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution, any rational trier of fact could have found the essential elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt" (
