Martha Lewis was convicted by a jury of second-degree terroristic threatening and of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to concurrent jail terms of ninety days for the terroristic threatening and thirty days for the disorderly conduct, as well as to a fine of $100 for the latter offense.
