The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio ("UTHSCSA" or the "University") appeals from a final judgment awarding Dr. Theresa M. Siler-Khodr ("Siler-Khodr") $91,000 back pay and $20,000 of compensatory damages, including costs and prejudgment interest, because the jury found that UTHSCSA had discriminated against Siler-Khodr on the basis of her gender in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C...
