[¶ 1] Barbara Curtis appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Atwood, J.) granting Lisa Gagne's1 amended motion for summary judgment on Curtis's claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
