Defendant, Maximus E. Aguwa, appeals as of right his jury trial conviction of uttering and publishing, M.C.L. § 750.249; MSA 28.446. Defendant was sentenced as an habitual offender, second offense, M.C.L. § 769.10; MSA 28.1082, to 1½ to 20 years' imprisonment. We affirm.
