Robert W. Wodenjak appeals from a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) pursuant to WIS. STAT. § 346.63(1)(a) (1999-2000).1 Wodenjak was convicted as a fourth-time repeat offender pursuant to § 346.65(2)(d).
