Ursula Wing appeals an arbitration award she received against her insurer for damages she suffered from an accident caused by an uninsured motorist. She contends that the arbitration panel exceeded its authority in reducing its preliminary award, in failing to award attorney's fees to her, and in awarding expert fees against her.
