A jury found Curtis Smith, appellant, guilty of murder and assessed punishment at 45 years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant brings five points of error to this court. In his first point of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in admitting extraneous offense evidence during the punishment phase.
