Debtor Steve McDaniel appeals from the bankruptcy court's2 order overruling his objection to the proof of claim filed by Riverside County Department of Child Support Services ("RCDCSS"). We have jurisdiction over this appeal from the final order of the bankruptcy court. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(b).
