Dorman Dwayne Walker appeals from his conviction in the district court, entered after a jury trial, for escape from custody, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 751(a). The sole question presented on appeal is whether the government's failure to inform Walker in a notice of federal detainer form of his right to request a speedy trial warrants a dismissal of the underlying charge.
