In this worker's compensation case, we held that the timeliness of appellant's claim for temporary partial disability benefits was barred by the principle of res judicata because the appellant, Donald R. Wells, did not appeal the decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission with regard to that issue. Wells v. Chesapeake Redevelopment & Hous.
