THOMAS, Judge.

Defendant was found guilty in a jury trial of first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole plus a consecutive term of not less than 116 months nor more than 149 months. On appeal, defendant argues four assignments of error.
