Appellants, Aurelio Ibarra Mendez, Tomas Padilla, Teresa Padilla, and Guillermina Ruiz, sued appellee, San Benito/Cameron County Drainage District No. 3, for negligence, gross negligence, negligence per se, nuisance, and inverse condemnation. Appellee moved for summary judgment, and the trial court granted the motion. By five issues, appellants contend the trial court erred in denying their motion
