This appeal brings before us the convictions of Gurmail Singh and Harjit Dhesi, who were convicted for harboring aliens for commercial gain, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324. Singh was indicted, but acquitted, of a felon in possession of a gun charge in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
