This case came before the Supreme Court on April 5, 2001, the result of an appeal from a judgment of conviction for violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), conspiracy to violate RICO, robbery, conspiracy to rob and aiding and abetting burglary.
