This is an appeal by David Shaun Davisson (hereinafter "Appellant") from an order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County affirming the Appellant's magistrate court conviction of second offense driving under the influence (hereinafter "DUI"). The Appellant challenges the validity of his warrantless arrest and the submission of evidence of his prior DUI conviction to the jury.
