American Family Mutual Insurance Co. appeals from a nonfinal order1 denying its motion to bifurcate the trial of the two claims made against it by the respondents, Renate and Helmut Dahmen. The Dahmens' first claim is for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits under a policy issued by American Family to the Dahmens. Their second claim alleges bad faith by American Family in denying their request for UIM benefits...
