Petitioner Helena Futeryan-Cohen and her thirteen year-old son, Boris Futeryan, who are both citizens of Israel, are currently subject to a final order of removal from the United States. On March 7, 2001, Ms. Futeryan-Cohen, proceeding pro se, filed with this Court a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 in which she requests a stay of deportation while she seeks discretionary...
