Appellant, Johnny W. Barber, appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission's final award, affirming the decision of the Administrative Law Judge, denying him compensation for permanent total disability from respondent, the Treasurer of Missouri as Custodian of the Second Injury Fund.
