OPINION

YAÑEZ, Justice.

Appellant, Pete Garcia, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a first degree felony.2 Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at thirty years imprisonment, a $25,000 fine, court costs, $140.00 in restitution, and suspension of appellant's driver's license. The punishment assessed did not exceed the punishment recommended in the plea bargain...
