Defendants-Appellants Marilyn House McGahee and Douglas McGuire appeal their convictions and sentences for conspiracy to defraud the United States Government, as well as multiple counts of embezzling funds of the United States arising from McGahee's distribution of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") monies to McGuire.
