Appellant, Abolhassan Ahadi, sued Alma Investments, Inc. d/b/a Texas Alma Investments, Inc., Soudabeh Ahadi, and Khalil Pakideh in the 404th District Court of Cameron County, Texas for breach of a contract to transfer fifteen percent of Alma Investments's stock to appellant.
