MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MOTLEY, District Judge.

After dismissing plaintiff Harold Saltz's complaint, this court ordered a hearing on Rule 11 sanctions against plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Thomas Sheehan, based upon facts concerning Mr. Sheehan's investigation of plaintiff's claim elicited during this court's December 5, 2000 hearing.
