Ms. Tewiana Reed appeals the trial court's dissolution of marriage judgment which granted Mr. Tito Reed sole physical and legal custody of their child, Briana Reed.

The trial court did not have subject matter jurisdiction on the issue of child custody. We reverse the trial court's judgment and remand with instructions for the trial court to vacate the judgment as it relates to the issues of child custody, visitation and child support...
