This appeal involves a divorce decree entered in appellee Daniel A. Raymond's favor against his wife, Diane M. Raymond. Daniel filed a divorce complaint on December 30, 1996, but it is undisputed that Diane was never served with process, nor did Diane ever receive a copy of the complaint.
