CHEW, Justice.

Appellant George Rodriguez ("Rodriguez") appeals from the trial court's refusal to award him his attorney's fees against Appellee Ysleta Independent School District ("YISD"). Rodriguez brings one issue: whether the injured worker's attorney is required to plead for attorney's fees in order to recover them in a Supplemental Income Benefits case under the new Worker's Compensation Act.
