{¶ 1} Appellant, Delano H. Webb III, M.D., appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the decision of the State Medical Board of Ohio ("Ohio medical board") that permanently revoked appellant's medical license, stayed the revocation pending suspension of the license for not less than one year, and placed appellant on probation for five years after reinstatement.
