The Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Star-Telegram, Inc., and Star-Telegram Newspaper, Inc., D/B/A Fort Worth Star-Telegram (collectively "the Star-Telegram"), appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment.
