Plaintiff brings this sex discrimination action against the United States Navy pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981a. Plaintiff, who is female, alleges that the Defendant discriminated against her on the basis of her sex when, following a reduction in force ("RIF"), it failed to recall her to in-pay status as a Grade-10 pipefitter...
