The defendant, Dana J. Brehm, appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to open the judgment of dissolution of his marriage to the plaintiff, Pamela B. Brehm. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court (1) improperly imposed conditions on the filing of his motion to open in violation of General Statutes § 52-212a,1 (2) violated his equal protection
