HEDGES, Justice.

Plaintiff/appellant, Stanley Freeman, sued defendant/appellee, American Motorists Insurance Company (AMIC), to set aside a compromise settlement agreement based on AMIC's alleged fraud and misrepresentations. The trial court rendered summary judgment for AMIC. We affirm.
